General Counsel Consultation | $200 | Hourly rate for any in-person or telephone conference for legal counsel. This is helpful for basic legal guidance and assistance without engaging us to perform a particular task. |

Business Litigation:
Due to the unpredictability of business litigation, we can only offer an hourly rate of $250 per hour. However, we will have a pricing meeting at the beginning of our representation at which point we will lay out potential costs and other challenges you may face during litigation.
