David Schofield serves as Chief Operating Officer at Henderson & Henderson, with responsibility for the firm’s business plan and the operating system that carries it across the Charleston, Summerville, Pawleys Island, and Myrtle Beach offices. He works alongside the leadership team to define each department, keep it accountable to the plan, and close the gaps between them.
