Holly Roberts
Associate Attorney
Holly is a graduate of The Ohio State University (Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude). After college, Holly returned home to Chicago, Illinois to attend law school at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2022, cum laude. While in law school, Holly volunteered as a student ambassador in the Office of Admissions.
Upon graduating law school, Holly began her practice at a family law firm in Chicago, Illinois. In 2023 and 2024, Holly received the Emerging Lawyer award from the Leading Lawyers Network—a peer-selected distinction that only the top 2% of lawyers in Illinois who are age 40 or younger or practicing 10 or fewer years receive. In 2025, Holly received the Rising Star award from Thomas Reuters Super Lawyers—a peer-selected distinction that only 2.5% of lawyers in Illinois who are age 40 or younger or practicing 10 or fewer years receive.
In 2025, Holly moved to South Carolina, where she continues to practice family law. Holly represents clients in a variety of complex domestic relations issues including divorce, paternity, custody, visitation, child support, and spousal support. Holly has a passion for the practice and understands the importance of tailoring her practice to each individual family and providing her clients with a creative solution for their individual needs.
Holly is licensed in both Illinois and South Carolina.
